50/50 - SGGC 7" EP

Another grindcore release! I bought this at the champ not too long ago when they still carried good music. I had never heard of this band and picked it up because it was on 625. Its some solid gore style grindcore. About skating of course. I put the last few songs in one file because they all blended together.

PRESSING INFO: Released on Agromosh Records 022, and 625 Thrashcore #127. Pressed on black and red vinyl. Black is common, and red seems a little harder to find. No idea on how many were pressed.

Hellnation - At War With Emo 5" (Slapaham Records)

At last! I just got my new stylus for my USB turntable in the mail! Now lets see if I can break it again. Blah. This is a repost. I think this was my first entry actually, and I couldnt figure out how to upload the whole album. So I ended up uploading each individual track. Bad idea. So here it is again. This time you can download the whole thing. I did not seperate each track because some of them blended together. Wicked fast power violence!

PRESSING INFO: Pressed on Slap-a-ham Records. #38. There were 6 test pressings and I've never seen one. My copy is on black which is the most common. There is also a yellow pressing (mailorder edition) and a yellow & black swirl which seems to be pretty rare.

V/A - Check This Out, Baby CD Comp

I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea where I got this. Probably at a record store for like $1. Anyways its a pretty good comp. I really miss comps of the old days. Now comps are almost extinct, and when they do come out, they usually put the bands worst song on there. fuck. OK, I'm off track. This has pop punk, melodic punk, emo, and some ska. Check it out.

PRESSING INFO: This used to be available on interpunk, they must have sold out recently. Released on Onefoot Records in 1996. With a little bit of searching, I'm sure you can find it for a buck or 2.

Sanbox - Free Demo CD

The title of this cd is actually called "The I Didn't Go to the Promo Cos I Couldn't Afford it, not Cos Nobody Wanted to Go with Me" Free Sanbox CD. What a mouthful. I picked this up 2 years ago at City Lights Records in State College PA. This was another one of those moments of "I have no idea what this is, but it looks punk and its cheap" kinda deals. Its pretty good pop punk from New Jersey. Only 3 songs but I'd recomend it for some hard to find demo versions. Their full length is listed on ebay, and it has the same artwork, but colored. It's $16.99, and thats too much.

Green Day - Eating My Bugers CD

Yet another Green Day post. And I'm sure it wont be the last. I picked this up at the last punk rock flea market at the championship in Lemoyne. I knew what it was, being a huge green day fan. Its a very hard to find bootleg from Italy. It was recorded before Dookie was released, But I think it was released after Dookie came out. Mostly songs from 39/smooth and Kerplunk! As you can see there are different song titles to some of the songs. Same Old Shit is just the old name for Long View.

PRESSING INFO: Released in 1994 on Razor Blade Records out of Italy. Its out of print, and can go for around $10-$15 on ebay. Recorded in 1993 around various shows.

Never heard of any of these bands. Like I said before, I'm not to fond of the CI Records flyers, but they are still neat to have. Got a review of this show?

Nice Cream and the Creamy Sparkles CD

Here is another local release. Right out of ole York PA. Nice Cream and the Creamy Sparkles self titled CD. They billed themselves as a powernice band. You know, instead of powerviolence. Some of the songs get repetitive, but it's still a fun release. And you probably wont be able to find this anywhere.

PRESSING INFO: Released on NOLO Records in 2001. Hand numbered to 200 copies
